Route 128 DUI Attorney

If you've been arrested for a DUI on Route 128, or any Melanie's Law OUI-type offense on Route 95/128, our DUI Defense Attorneys know that police reports are written in a way that tells only once side of the story.  The officer makes sure to include everything possible that might show that a person was intoxicated.

Our OUI lawyers rebut the charges with explanations that create reasonable doubt as to your guilt.  For example, a police officer may testify that you had trouble producing your license and vehicle registration.  We'll explain how you may have several registrations to fumble through, that the flashlight in your eyes made it difficult to see, you have a thick wallet, your cards were in the glove box, or that the interior lights in your vehicle weren't working as you would have liked.

If the officer testifies that your eyes were glassy and bloodshot, we'll provide justification of your contact lenses, how you were awake for many hours, that you have eye problems, that your work requires tedious eye work, etc.

No matter where you were stopped on Route 128 - whether it was the south end in Canton where Interstate 95 heads south toward Providence, or as it heads northwest, north, northeast and east around Dedham, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Lexington, Woburn, Stoneham, Wakefield, Lynnfield, Peabody, and Salem - the police report for the law enforcement agency won't provide space for the officer to provide a detailed list of things that you did correctly that would show that you were not intoxicated.  Our attorneys expose important information that was not in the police report, while at the same time, getting the officer to tell the Judge or the jurors your side of the story!

Whether this is your first DUI or you are facing repeat offender status, we examine the specifics of your case to challenge the state's evidence.  Our DUI Defense Attorneys handle all aspects of your court case and we represent you at your Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) Hearing to fight for your driving privileges.

To schedule an appointment at our Woburn or Norwood office, call (888) 684-2773 or go to our Massachusetts DUI Website to schedule a no-obligation consultation.  In an emergency situation, call Attorney Irwin Pollack anytime at night or over the weekend on his cell phone - (800) 331-IRWIN.
